anticheat server commands

addacexception ip/mask
Allow specified ip/mask to bypass anticheat requirements.

addacrequirement ip/mask
Force specified ip/mask to use anticheat.

svaclist
Show which clients are using anticheat and number of file violations.

svacinfo name
Show all file violations of player matching name.

svacupdate
Reload and resend the anticheat-*.txt files. Depending on your fs_cache settings, you may need to fsflushcache before using this command to ensure R1Q2 doesn't use the cached file information for the .txt files. Any changes to file hashes or cvars will not affect already connected clients.

svacinvalidate
Mark all clients as anticheat invalid.
