OpenTDM GAME WARNING: Redundant update of configstring index

I have set sv_gamedebug to 2 (trying to catch an ocasional crash)... if this cvar is set to at least 1, the server's log contains a lot of lines starting with this:
GAME WARNING: Redundant update of configstring index ...

is it normal? this is using OpenTDM cvs dated January 15
