And where will it inject this DLL?
The reason I ask is because I was planning on using ForceBindIP with world of warcraft. Now WoW has injection protection called warden not much is know by this but my question to you is in what address space do you inject this and is it relatively safe to use it ?

It should be safe to use with Warden, a lot of software uses DLL injection. Only if it is designed to interfere with WoW will there likely be any problem.
