Crash when alt+tab

when i alt+tab and stay afk for more than x time (it's not always the same time it can be 2seconds or 30 without crashing) my q2 crashes and i get a message box saying "CHEATER!! would you like to debug? (developers only)" i have the same quake that i had before this start happening the only thing that changed was my cpu and board now i have E6600 and ASUS commando don't know if have something to do with this.
the error message on the server is "side proxy hack" or something
can you help me?

This is caused by a crappy Q2Admin checks running on the server you are playing on, contact the admin and ask them to remove Q2Admin or fix it
