Reporter functions

Hi i was wondering if it would be possible if any one knew the way the reporter sends the information to the server after it gets the count ip and realm what does it send i figure its along the lines of http://www.dclonewebserverurl/count.php?auth=adminname&cmd=???&gate=realm  or correct me if im wrong im just trying to figure out a way to incorporate the reporting feature into d2nt and d2bs bots.
