high rez player skins in r1gl?

R1gl supports 32-bit textures quite nicely, I have found a very good set and am using it now. But a set of 32-bit weapon, object, and player skins is nowhere to be found. I decided to make my own, and a have a few nice looking hi-rez player skins. Everything would be sweet, if not for the fact that though having no problem with wall textures, r1gl does not load high-rez player skins. Is that a problem with r1gl or am I using wrong skin formats or something (jpg 568x390)?

It should load the hi res skins just like it does with textures. Make sure they are in the right directories, and check the console with developer 1 for possible info as to why they didn't load.

Ok, so I am able to load the skin in-game by the command line (skin male/), but they do not appear in the menu. The console shows nothing except some weird stuff i don't understand like "player has <weird number> overflow", but that happens only in-game and probably has nothing to do with the skins.

Ok found the solution - it appears that you have to have a full set of basic skins made in 32 bit and put into a pack if you want to view them in the menu. That would be it. Sorry I bothered ya.

thx.. but i thought you have some real hi-res skins.. not just old ones resized (there's almost no difference..)
