1) Every once in awhile a player will have a skin of the opposite team, such as a player on the female team having a male skin. I'm pretty sure it only affects the person seeing it, once they reconnect the problem appears to go away.
2) There doesn't seem to be a way to invite players in the middle of a match, or I don't know how. I had a player disconnect from my team the other day and I wasn't able to pickup a replacement by using 'pickplayer', or 'invite'.
