Can't get anticheat.dll to extract from download page..

help please R1ch!

I have added exceptions out the ass for q2 in AVG.  I even tried shutting AVG completely off (killed it off in CTRL-ALT-DEL function).  Every time I download anticheat.dll module, I try to extract it from the .zip and it pops up the error, I click ignore, tell it to send anticheat.dll into Quake2 dir and it just won't do it.

It pops up some sort of unspecified error when trying to extract:

Error 0x80004005: Unspecified Error

It gives me the option to try extraction again, which doesn't do shit.  Please help, this is driving me fucking mad.

nevermind, apparently I just needed to reboot.
