foo_winamp_spam and LRC (Lyrics) Editor

I wish to use a program called LRC editor with foobar instaed of Winamp, and this plugin seemed suitable until I tested it.
The LRC format supports time-tags that are accurate to the 100th/second, needed to attach to the lyric, but it seems your API emulator only reports the time back once every second.
Perhaps you know of this and I apoligise if this has been brought up before.
