server help plz

Can someone help me out please?.. ok when i try to set up a server, know one can join it and i did set the public to 1 and i did make it dedicated. (1). I wanted to run a mod called jump. I can host one but it dosent show up in all seeing eye or in, game spy arcade.
I have even tried to set up everything right on my routher and still notting. I have a D-Link 604 its not wireless. if anyone knows whats wrong please reply.

You need to use setmaster with a list of master servers you wish to be listed on, in addition to posting in the correct forum next time.
