I would strongly recommend against using Q2Admin if possible. Following a quick look over the source code, I have already found one serious exploit that can affect every connected client. There are also serious issues with lrcon and some other features that some admins may be using. I may try and release a patched up version of Q2Admin in the mean time, I'd like to try and reproduce one of these crashes though as even with Q2Admin I have still not got any memory corruption errors. It would be very helpful if someone could upload a gamex86/gamei386 along with a config file, maplist and command line needed to reproduce the error.

So far I have debugged one crash of b4186, it was caused by Q2Admin's lrcon feature. I STRONGLY recommend you do not use Q2Admin at all, let alone the lrcon feature. R1Q2 supports a working and secure lrcon feature, Q2Admin's not only corrupts memory but also allows anyone to steal the rcon_password and execute any command...

I believe all versions of Q2Admin contain a memory corruption bug that is responsible for all the errors reported in this thread. Please see http://www.r1ch.net/forum/index.php?topic=253.0 for an updated Q2Admin you can use.
