EXTREMLY BAD fps with with anticheat

Ok first off heres my system...

P4 1.5 Ghz cpu
760 mb ram
Geforce2 MX


When i play on any server with this anticheat i get 10-15 fps. I have nothing running in the backround and my system plays normal q2 no prob. I looked for that threaded optimization thing in my video driver settings but i didn't see it. And I don't think thats the problem because I don't have dual core. Whats the deal with this?

You could try out if any other I mean ANY OTHER process eating you CPU. you can open task manager or under Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Performances->new Counter set-> click ok + and add processes -> all instances -> ADD and you`ll see graph of all processes.. Try it out
