r1q2.exe - Ordinal Not Found

I put
r1q2-websetup.exe
into Quake directory and then installed R1Q2.

When I double-click on shortcut R1Q2 (it is on desktop) an error message window appears:
r1q2.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 151 could not be located in the dynamic link library WSOCK32.dll

I browsed to Quake directory and found that there is wsock32.dll file (dated 2002.01.31).

The same message I got when tried to run
aq2.exe
or
aq2sw.exe

So what should I do?

Delete the wsock32.dll in your Q2 dir, it shouldn't be there.
