checking client cvars

I know that the gloom dll allows admins to "@check" client cvars but if you are using R1Q2 Dedicated to host a mod other than gloom, there is no way ( I know of ) to do it.  The only thing I know that allows it is Q2Admin of which I know R1 loaths with passion.  It would help track down people who are using stupid bot/wallhack things if you could check cvars or even get a cvarlist of a particular client. etc.  Just a thought.

This may be added as part of an optional server-side admin solution similar to gloom. It's a fair amount of work though to merge all that code into the server, but I've been thinking about it.
