keep getting kicked

I keep getting kicked on Acmectf.com's The Last Resort (uses the anticheat module):

[Player] tried to flood the server (2)
[Player] was kicked
You were kicked from the game
Disconnected by server!

This happened twice within 20 minutes.

I'll check my config to see if I change anything often (hand,model,skin).

I removed my binds that change cl_maxfps on certain keys and one or two other things. I'll see if it helps.
