disconnected by server!"

This means the server probably has you banned. You will need to contact the server admin to find out why. If you were trying to play on a tastyspleen server, they have helpful forums at www.tastyspleen.net - also if your skin is empty or your player name is the default of "Player" you may also be kicked,
