F-seucre 2012 - updated database

I've sent anticheat.dll module to F-secure and they noticed that anticheat.dll is of course clean and will release an update soon enough so it will not be listed as a virus.
So no more add file exception is needed in the future for this dll.

I quote F-secure Labs:
