R1Ch I remember you telling me an endmap command like "endmapaction saveloc" for saving the locations but can't remember what the exact cvar was. I don't know if you already made it but what about a startmapaction that could be useful for other things
startmapaction "record $map$date$time.dm2"
endmapaction "stop;scrnshot"

cl_autorecord is a better way of automatically recording.
The cvars are beginmapcmd and endmapcmd. Eg set endmapcmd saveloc will save your .loc file at the end of the map. Since Q2 only permits one level of macro expansion, you probably won't have much luck using a $cvar in one of these commands.
