q2pro: weird behaviour

We made a q2pro dedicated server on the latest version on date: it's r229
Opentdm starts, but the following bugs are noticed:
1. Models are not animated. Female allways 'looks' to the floor and male 'looks' on the right side. Wpn in their hands also don't move;
2. Clients can't switch wpn or shoot. Though they can take any devices;
3. When client hit the flood limit, he disabled to chat for 10 sec, but when 10 sec pass he gets disabled to chat for 427736 (or smt like that) sec more.
4. When clients type ready, server just crashes at that moment.

i think we fixed this in q2pro, so atm it seems to work fine
