I have no debug information to give except what happens here - there is no info to show!
If I set sv_allow_map 1, then use 'map' to change levels, the server changes OK, and appears to be up - status etc. all work as should - but clients cannot connect. If I issue 'map' command again, then the second time clients can connect as they should.
All I have is server logs:
