i notice in build 4025 that the console appears to scroll to the last written command after you type a command.  it seems the only way to write something new is to manually delete it or raise and lower the console again.  Maybe this was partially your intention for a feature but I'm not sure what it would be.

run the updater, he fixed that in 4030
