Have any of u been annoyed by bunch of noobies joining a
server and dont know how to ready up even if u are
explaining to them thousand times
how to do it in console?

Here is a new idea that actually would kickass if this
opentdm mod could stuff ready on everyone
after a few minutes.

Sorry, but when there is noobs who doesnt speak or understand
