Help with Route Table & Forcebindip

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me, i have two internet connections and i want to use them both at the same time,  i have been trying in vain to get forcebindip to work, but i have now disovered whenever i plug on connection in it kills the other.

i believe this is due to them both having the same network destination/netmask 0.0.0.0

my route table is below if anyone could help, because this is really bugging me.
