help with scripting a addon to the bot.

I'm not the best in perl scripting I want to add a command. some pne gives a question to the bot. and the bot will pick yes or no at random. or a list of of answear it will give. kinda like a magic 8 ball.
like

bitchbot: ? are you smart?

the bot replies.
