Is it possible to add to client variable "addping" or something like that, which will add some ms to players ping?

Or it would be better to add it to the opentdm so that server would add mseconds, and after start of the game it could not be changed...

I have old program Wolfping ad it somehow do this ) but anticheat dont allows it, so if q2 server or client could do same it would be very nice )
