FoceBindIP with Live365

I am currently trying to get ForceBindIP to work with Live365,using the following command
C:\WINDOWS\system32\forcebindip.exe -i 192.168.0.205 "C:\Program Files\Live365\Studio365-Live\live2.exe"
This launches the live365 program with no errors however the .205 adapter is not being utilized according to taks manager and adapterwatch
C:\WINDOWS\system32\forcebindip.exe 192.168.0.205 "C:\Program Files\Live365\Studio365-Live\live2.exe"
This command throws and error and does not launch the Live365 program properly
Anyone using ForceBindIP with audio streaming??
