There should be no difference as client already sends stringcmd immediately, also server has no concept of instant packets as it has fixed FPS.

well one handles the message level,

    Description: Toggle the display of messages.

    Values:
    0 - All messages.
    1 - Most messages.
    2 - Limited messages.
    3 - Minimal messages.
    4 - No messages.

 and chathud_lines is how many lines to display on the chathud (0-8)
