it is possible to get IP servers where is test new anticheat ?

Yes, if you have the All-Seeing Eye or another good server browser, add a custom filter for "anticheat=1" (anticheat optional servers) or "anticheat=2" (anticheat required servers).

the all seeing eye shit does not detect all servers

btw
when I start server in console what 5 seconds appears message

Only servers participating in the testing can connect to the anticheat server.

When it's ready. Also be aware that testing your cheats even on servers you don't play on could get you banned from every anticheat enabled server.
