Please add my server

Hi,
I'm Ruiner of the NinClan. I was told to come here to add my server to the anti-cheat list via the following link which i currently have no access to:

The server IP is:
74.86.171.203:27910 - Whale's Eye - WODX 1.6d
My other server:
74.86.171.200:27925 - El Paso RoadRunner WODX V1.6c
Is already on the list, since it got added with other tastyspleen servers.
We've got some reported cheaters on the server, so could you add the first ip as well?

I was also directed to post a request to have a new server added to your AC list.  The link provided says "The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you."
