Hello.
I'm using foo_winamp_spam plug-in gratefully.
But, it seems to have a problem in outputting title.
When playing a music which have tags written in multi-byte characters, the title foo_winamp_spam outputs get garbled.
I think character code conversion from ansi to UTF-8 is needed.
Please give some consideration to this idea.

when i play non-local songs, i get lots
in my title
I'm a Chinese user and often play Japanese songs,
so it would be a great joy of me to have this powerful plug support UTF-8 coding
