Foobar2000 + DFX

I have just decided to move from Winamp to Foobar2000 but I would like to check if the DFX plugin I have been using with Winamp could work with Foobar and if it improves the sound experience.
The problem is that DFX is more of an addon than being properly integrated in the player. It probably checks if the Winamp task has been executed and then shows it's own GUI.

DFX works as a DSP plugin for winamp. My winamp emulator will only provide functions to handle window messages destined for winamp, it cannot allow you to run winamp plugins under foobar.
